The slicer’s structure is made of solid wood and high-quality, extremely sharp stainless-steel blade. 

The blade can be adjusted to make various thickness levels of truffle slices needed for each dish. The slicer is perfect for an astonishing final touch of truffle in dishes such as risotto, pasta, mashed potatoes and pizza. Can also be used to slice hard cheese, root vegetables and chocolate.
