For a limited time only, you have the opportunity to purchase—at a super-special price—a bundle that distills, in two modes of consumption, the mystery, aroma, and enchanting flavor of truffles: a fresh black winter truffle + ‘Ga’ash’ truffle gin.

The truffle gin, produced in collaboration with the Imperial Group and the Zahara Distillery, is distilled from fine alcohol infused with spices, local botanicals, and our black truffles grown in the basalt soil of the Golan Heights.

Together with the fresh truffle, the bundle makes a wonderful foundation for an unforgettable event in your home, or as a unique and luxurious gift for someone you love.

The bundle is completed with a traditional truffle slicer made of wood and stainless steel—handcrafted by an artisan from Piedmont, Italy.

The truffle weighs approximately 25 grams | Sale price is valid until Dec 1st 2025. The package will be shipped at the beginning of truffle season during the month of December.

About our truffle

Black winter truffle mushroom, which is considered as the most rare and luxurious among the black truffle mushrooms. It originates from Perigord, France. Grew in our orchards in the abundant nature of Golan Heights.

The stock is updated weekly in accordance with the orchards' crop.

Terroir: Basalt soil, 1.000 meters altitude above sea level.

Harvest Time: December – March.

Flavor and Aroma Profile: Forrest soil, chocolate, vanilla, butter, nuts, berries, cocoa, coffee beans and more.

When will I receive the truffles?

Delivery date: Until 12/31/2025

The maturity of our truffles is affected by environmental conditions and the temperature in the basalt soil.
Since we have no way of knowing when the exact maturity will be reached, we do not commit to a specific delivery date.
The first truffle harvest is expected to begin in mid-December 2025 and continue until the end of the month.

When this happens, we will coordinate with you the delivery date for the first truffles of the season.

Pre-Sale Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing our truffles with home delivery to large areas, with a focus on the main routes:

  • From north to south: from Rosh Pina to Beersheba.
  • From east to west: from Modi'in to the coastline (including all central cities).

For remote locations:

For locations outside the main routes shown, such as the Valley, the Arava and Eilat, please contact us.

Delivery Coordination:

Ilsar will inform the customer of the expected arrival of the shipment and coordinate the delivery date.

It's my first time using truffles, how much should I use?

In an average pasta or risotto serving it is recommended to use about 5g of fresh truffle. We recommend to use generously in order to enjoy the truffle's flavor.

How should I preserve the truffle?

Open the package and gently pull the truffle out of the jar. Wrap it in a paper towel, put it back in the jar and store in the fridge until used.

It is recommended to take the truffle our of the fridge about 20 minutes before used.

In case you have any leftover truffle, wrap it in a paper towel and put it back in the jar and to the fridge.

Paper towel should be replaced daily.

If light mold is grown, do not throw the truffle away, wipe it and use it quickly.

How long before the truffle expires?

The truffle is a fresh and natural raw material, which doesn't go through any processing or chemical treatment therefore its aroma changes and fades with each passing day.

It is recommended to use within one week upon receipt.

Is the truffle kosher?

Yes. Our truffles are kosher under the supervision of the Golan Heights Regional Religious Council.
