A truffle slicer made in Piedmont, Italy, is the traditional tool to serve dishes with truffle.
The slicer’s structure is made of solid wood and high-quality, extremely sharp stainless-steel blade. 

The blade can be adjusted to make various thickness levels of truffle slices needed for each dish.
